Step one · at the job
Type it in plain words.
No dropdowns, no product codes, no unit conversions in your head at the back of the ute. Write "8m3 crusher dust for the driveway base" and it works out what that is, how much, and what it costs.
Quoting software for South East Queensland landscapers
Photograph your handwritten notes, or type the job the way you'd scribble it on the back of a docket. QuickQuote prices it off 2,100 real products from four Brisbane supply yards, shows you the margin, and hands it back ready to send.

Real engine output against Centenary's list, recorded 31 July. Their prices move; this replay doesn't — yours are priced off the current list.
The nine o'clock shift
You finish a ten hour day, then the notebook comes out, then the yard's price list comes out, and there goes the evening working out what 8m³ of crusher dust and 40m² of Sir Walter come to. So it waits for the weekend. By the time it lands, the client has already had someone round who was quicker off the mark.
It's rarely the price that loses those jobs. It's the four days.
Three steps
That's the whole product. There's nothing to set up beyond your labour rate and your margin.
Step one · at the job
No dropdowns, no product codes, no unit conversions in your head at the back of the ute. Write "8m3 crusher dust for the driveway base" and it works out what that is, how much, and what it costs.
Step two · in the app
Anything ambiguous is flagged and put to you rather than guessed at, and the job's margin appears while you can still do something about it.
Step three · before you leave
You get the email written out to copy and a PDF with your logo, your business details and your payment terms on it. It goes from your own inbox, so the reply comes back to you. Start it on site, finish it at the kitchen table, and it works with no signal.
See the full walkthrough Snap-a-photo notes, the yards, sending, and the video — all on one page.
Where the prices come from
Every material line is priced off a Brisbane supply yard's own published list — the same list you'd be reading in the ute. You pick the yards you actually buy from when you sign up, and change them whenever you like.
The date beside each yard is when its list was last read, live from the catalogue this page is served by — not a promise about how often we get round to it. If a yard's list can't be read, or its prices move in a way that looks like a mistake rather than a price change, that yard is left alone and keeps the prices it already had. A quote built on a number nobody could check is worse than one built on last fortnight's.
What you add on top — your markup, your trade discount, your labour rate — is yours, and it never leaves your account.
What you send
You type the job the way you'd scribble it on a docket. What comes back is a client email written out ready to copy, and a PDF with your logo, your ABN and your payment terms on it. Both print the same figures, every time, and you send both yourself from your own inbox.
After you sign up
This is what opens when you sign in. Not a folder of PDFs in your downloads: every quote you've built, newest first, with the client, the address, the date it was priced and the total, and a new one a tap away.
The real screen, on a sample account's quotes.
The price
30 days free first, cancel any time, and there is no upgrade tier. The full list of what's in it — and a calculator that runs the sum on your numbers rather than ours — is on the pricing page.
Fair questions
The yard list is where a line starts, not where it ends. You set your own markup and trade adjustment, you can swap what a line matched or change the quantity, and you can set the final total yourself.
It never contacts your client, not once. It writes the email out for you, and you copy it into your own inbox and send it under your own name, the same as you do now.
You see every line's maths and your margin in dollars and percent before anything leaves your hands. And when a line is ambiguous — two garden soils at different prices, or your own labour — it asks you instead of guessing.
Two minutes, in the ute or on the couch. If the number comes back where you expected, you already know what it's worth on the next one.
